Naruto to debut in the UK on Jetix and UK Naruto DVD!

Apparently starting on July 22, 2006, Jetix will premiere the Naruto anime series on UK TV showing the episodes daily at 6:30pm and repeated at 9:00pm.
Good news or bad? It will mean UK Naruto fans will finally get a piece of the action.. but Jetix is primarily focused on kids and so you can probably expect them to make alot more edits than Toonami did in the US.
In other Naruto related UK news, a three-disc DVD entitled: Naruto Unleashed - Series 1: Volume 1. will be released by Manga Entertainment in the UK on the 21st of August, 2006 at a price of £24.99. The DVD will feature the first 13 episodes of the series (fully uncut). It will also have special features such as: dual language format (English dub and original Japanese); optional English subtitles; storyboard booklet; textless opening and closing credits; limited edition slipcover. This is great news for UK fans!
